Rent a car at Palma de Mallorca Airport
About this experience
We offer a wide fleet of rental cars that is renewed annually. Choose from a broad range of vehicles, from budget-friendly options to family cars, automatic SUVs, and 7-seater minivans.
Our pick-up and drop-off service operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, directly at the airport’s General Parking P1.
Our prices include the Comfort+ rate, which acts as fully comprehensive insurance with extensive coverage against damage and theft. This additional cover eliminates basic liability for common rental incidents with zero excess in the vast majority of scenarios. It also includes 24/7 roadside assistance, a replacement vehicle in case of an accident, an additional driver, free booking modifications, and free cancellation up to 7 days before your trip.
To rent our vehicles, you must be at least 21 years old and present a valid, original physical driving licence, as well as a credit card. During the booking process, we will request your flight number and arrival time to properly schedule your vehicle pick-up. You can also request a baby seat or child booster seat for €6 per day, payable directly upon vehicle pick-up.

- Valid, original, physical Category B driving licence
Important
- Drivers must be at least 21 years old and present a valid, original physical driving licence along with a credit card for the security deposit.
- The Comfort+ rate does not cover damage caused by gross driver negligence (e.g., driving under the influence, reckless driving, or misfuelling). In such cases, a minimum deductible will apply, or the driver may be held liable for the full repair costs.
- Drivers under 25 years old can drive with a young driver surcharge of €8 per day, payable directly upon vehicle pick-up. You can select this option during the booking process.
- For pick-ups and drop-offs outside regular operating hours (08:00 to 21:59), an out-of-hours fee applies total per booking (payable directly at pick-up): 06:00–07:59 & 22:00–23:30: €30
- 23:31–05:59: €50
- Smoking and eating inside our vehicles are strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will result in extra cleaning charges billed to your credit card.
- Pets are allowed as long as they travel inside an appropriate pet carrier. This ensures safety and prevents additional cleaning fees or vehicle damage, which are not covered by insurance and will be charged to the customer
- During the booking process, we will request your flight number and arrival time so we can schedule your vehicle pick-up, and also if you require a baby seat or child booster seat
